Welcome to SoundHaven Studios. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
SoundHaven Studios provides professional worship music recording, production, and mixing services. By booking our services, you enter into a binding agreement to pay for services rendered according to our pricing and payment terms.
2. Booking and Cancellation
• Studio sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance
3. Payment Terms
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
4. Intellectual Property
• You retain all rights to your original compositions and lyrics
• SoundHaven Studios retains rights to our production techniques and processes
• We may use completed projects in our portfolio with your permission
• You grant us permission to list your church/ministry as a client
5. Studio Rules
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Respect all equipment and studio property
• No food or drinks near recording equipment
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
• Inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund
6. Delivery and Revisions
• Initial mixes will be delivered within 7-14 business days
• Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days
• Number of revisions depends on your selected package
• Additional revisions beyond package limits will incur extra charges
7. Liability
SoundHaven Studios is not liable for:
• Loss or damage to personal equipment brought to the studio
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic decisions
• Copyright infringement in client-provided materials
8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an agreement if:
• Payment terms are not met
• Studio rules are violated
• Client behavior is inappropriate or disruptive
• Project involves illegal or unethical content
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Davao City, Philippines.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
